Problems with Windowed Mode

I'm having an odd problem with the "Fixed Window" mode in the game. My graphics card (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650) supports a resolution of 1920x1200 without a problem outside of the game.

If I select "Full Screen" it lets me use that resolution and shows everything properly on the screen. If I select "Fixed Window" and try to use 1920x1200, it only shows the top left corner of the game...I have to change the resolution to 1280x800 in order to see the full client. The same seems to happen for "Window mode"

This was working fine a few days ago..."Fixed Window" displayed the full client on the screen at 1920x1200...then, after a reboot, it just stopped working.

Anyone have this happen to them? Any ideas on how to fix it?
