I am contacting you in regards to your recent shipping accident involving Kill XXXXXX (Obelisk). As with all shipping of goods, you are required to supply a bill of lading along with the proper permit fees BEFORE undocking your ship. As such, representatives from Black Legion. had to confiscate your ship and goods.

Regretfully, this is not an open-and-shut case.

You will be required to reimburse the losses of any pilots whom used thier vessels to confiscate your goods, as well as ammunition requred to do so. Additionally, you will be required to compensate the pilots for their time and effort.

Finally, there will be a further fine for your disrepectful comments to the flight leader of the squadron that made the stop.

In summary, please direct a payment of 900m ISK to Black Legion. alliance wallet ASAP. Failure to do so in an expediant manner will result in further actions taken to secure payment.

Oh Piekura, how my heart yearns for thee. With summer drawing to a close I would expect to be back sooner than you might think. I have a little business to attend to over the next couple of weeks but once that is done, I would love to see how things are in the old home place.
