System Upgrades - Anom's

Ever since the nerf to the spawning of Anomi's the types of sites that we get has made me a sad panda. Right now the only thing worth doing is the forsaken hub that doesnt spawn any frigates. I do like the newst expansions extra ships that spawn, but it doesnt fix the issue of wasted system upgrades.

In order to fix this I have a change in mind. Instead of having a set amount of sites per level 1-5 why not have a point value assigned to each levels? Then the owners of the system can take that number of points and choose what they want to spawn.

As an example. Say level 1 gives 10 points. Each type of Anom would cost points. A haven would cost say 25 and a Sanctum would cost 50.

At level 5 you would get 100 points. This allows for 4 havens or 2 sanctums, but nothing else. If you wanted to downgrade to forsaken hubs, say they take 10 points, you would be able to get 10.

I think its a waste that we get tons of spawns that even a 1 day old character wouldnt run.

If CCP wanted to keep the "value" of a system change in effect, there could be a multiplyer on true sec vrs points. Say -1 truesec is x100% - or 200 points instead of 100 for a level V. Thats still only 4 sanctums.
