Huge framerate drops when undocking when multiple clients open issue

Whenever I undock or use a stargate or cyno out to somewhere I get hit by a huge Framerate drop from stable 59fps to a 1-5fps on the worse occasions.

If I alt and tab out to decktop and wait for a little while then alt and tab back into game the gate recovers but its an issue that is preventing my enjoyment of the game.

Things ive tried:
Updated gfx drivers
Set AntiAl off ingame. All settings to low ingame including effects and all settings in that section.
In Nvidia control panel forced off AA and AF and set to high performance.
The game looks bad at the moment as has NOT fixed the framerate drop when undocking.

Please help as its been a long while but ive finally ran out of ideas.

MY spec is:

Core2Duo E8400
Nivida GTX560ti
6GB Mem
Windows 7 64bit

more than enough to run the game but still on undock and gate travel my clients bork.

Any advice CCP ?

Just a little update.
I went into the shortcut for the gate and set it to Run as Administrator.
Will have to see if that helps

A few ideas:

First, if you haven't already, open the launcher settings (gear in the top right) and under the Download tab, check the box labeled "Download all the resource files." Then restart the launcher and wait for the download to finish. It's possible that dynamic asset downloading is an issue.

Second, I would normally suggest turning down your graphics settings, but you've already done that. You should be able to turn them back up at least to "medium" comfortably. I would, however, try leaving GPU Particles turned off if you haven't already.

Third, if you have Aero enabled, try disabling it. Aero can take GPU resources away from your EVE clients.

If you try all of this and you're still having trouble, please post back here again.

Do you have thousands of Bookmarks in your Personal bookmarks?
And do you have that section Expanded in your People&Places window?
Try closing that Personal Bookmarks expansion in there, and see if that solves your problem.

Im home from nightshift now and ive just set the eve exefile to run as administrator and the shortcuts to the game to.

Going to see if that makes a difference as was not before.

So... did closing your personal bookmarks help?
