**Sniper Rule: The sniper rule only comes into effect within the last 10 minutes of the auction. Should someone, or yourself, place a bid on an item the auction extends 10 minutes from that point. Example: If I bid at 14:54, 6 minutes before auction closes, then the sniper rule takes effect and the auction is extended to 15:04 (10 minutes). The sniper rule only applies to the item receiving the bid, not the entire auction.
