Hi,

How do I remove a member with 400 shares in our corporation? Corp has roughly 3000-4000 shares total, our CEO sitting on 1800 atm. What changes can I make to shareholders so we can boot the inactive member?

Please note I wrote inactive ;)

Hasnt been on for months, but has too many shares to be expelled. I'd like to keep our member numbers real, showing the actual numbers of active pilots.

Not a very accurate answer. Shares matter, since I cant currently kick him. Share arent exactly bothering me, tho if you mean in the way that i cant kick him due to shares, then yes, they are bothering me.

If I create more shares and thus the specific member has less share percentage, will I be able to kiss him with my boot? 1/10, 1/20? Any ideas?
