I'm reading that one can see the contract history of another player. (Useful for hauler contracts, etc.) How do I go about this? Tried search to no avail.

Open the contract window, click on the middle 'My Contracts' tab and type the character or corp name whose history you want to see then hit 'Get Contracts' , you can also click the lines on the top left of a character/corp info screen and then 'Show Contracts'.
