In need of a good size loan

Your request sounds like the loop of a free to play phone game.

You feel like you are making very little and slow progress currently so you *request a loan**buy currency* to get further in the game to do the same things you are currently doing, only then realizing that what you are doing in the game is something you don't actually enjoy at all and has nothing to do with how fast your progress is.

Except in eve you now have a debt on your hands which you feel obligated to pay back, which puts pressure on you and eventually you just burnout and don't pay.

I believe you probably have good intentions, but if you have the need to drop plex to your wallet and request large chunks of isk to do something you are already doing, only better then maybe you are not doing something you like in the game ?

if you have no money, why are you giving your corp 3b?

if they ask for it, join a different corp.

if you are offering it, why? you dont have it to give

Why do I have a feeling that you will place 18 billions on red?

You live in null sec and not one single person there has more than 350 mill to loan to you?

Your toon is from 2013 what have you spend your time training since you can't make a fit of any ships that can make you isk?

Your post make it look like you are in hurry for every thing - if you get the loan and with the interest you offer you will have to grind nearly 2 billion pr. month just to pay the interest.

Lay on top of that that you want to blow up things in fleet and guessing from your posts you don't what to fly cheap ships, so should we make that 1-2 billion pr. mont?

And finally you will need to grind the isk back - lets say over 3 months so that is 6 billion pr. month.

So if 350 mill is to much to grind and since you are in a rush to do all kind of things - how can we belive that you can and will make 9-10 billion pr. month?

I am giving you the benefit of the doubt here in assuming you're not trying to scam or troll. You should know that you are setting off a lot of red flags throughout this thread. For example, you start off asking for up to 18B on "blind faith" and because asking is your last option. Then, you casually mention giving away several billion PLEX to your alliance for "ships, fits, hell anything." I can afford 3bil because im buy some plex.. But no where near what I need.. It will take me a year to train the skill to do what I want..

And I do thank everyone for their questions and comments.. I'm trying the best way to explain this..

I need it for a toon that fits my style of play, nothing else..

I can make all the isk back without a problem..


I understand where everyone is coming from and the red flags im sending up but im being honest about it all..

Does your 114 member corp with a 10% tax rate that offers so much desperately need ISK from someone that just joined two days ago? How do you know you'll be with them for much longer? 2. If we go out and get into a fight and get crushed well there goes 2bil in losses.. The extra 2-3bil will help us recover from them.

3. I currently can't do anything in null sec since I have no skills to make it there.. I do not enjoy high sec, which is why I wanted to join this corp.. I've talked to a lot of them and they are a great group of people in my opinion.

I'm a little confused to clarify you want a loan to get a new character so you can (I guess) fly a carrier to rat thus generate isk?

Everything about this loan request sets of every alarm bell I have. Even if I had that kind of ISK laying around (I don't) and I was looking for an investment opportunity (I'm not), this is not the loan I'd fill.

I'd suggest you take a good look at your skill sheet and see what you can do, rather than looking at the vast list of things you can't do. You may find that a couple of weeks dedicated training can make up for whatever perceived deficiencies you have.

For Nullsec ratting, the mighty 100mn AB fit passive VNI with faction heavy drones can run Hubs in complete safety. Total training time, maybe a week for Gal Cruiser III, Heavy Drones III and some time in Afterburner, Fuel Conservation and drone supports.

my main is from 2014.

I'm in a 0.0 Corp/Alliance/Coalition. I'm able to fly 'something' for every alliance and coalition fleet doctrine we have (albeit, occasionally I still turn up in a Vigil).

I'm also able to rat happily (see the awesome VNI) and get my PI sorted out.

Yes, I want to fly Recons and HACS and Black Ops battleships. I can't.

If turning 50 million into 500 million, and then 5 billion, is "not fun" for you, then I seriously doubt that what you can do with 5 billion will be fun, either. Most bitter vets who have a lot of isk look back on their early days in the game with fondness and wish they could re-kindle that level of fun. EVE is not for everyone, and it's not a game of instant gratification. If you are one of those people who don't enjoy the game, I can't imagine that having more isk will be the answer. On the contrary, assuming you have honest intentions (which is not at all apparent here), carrying a heavy debt load makes the game less fun.
