The New Bounty System (Rewarding 0.0 PvP)

To much isk is being made by campers, and general stooges in high sec. It's highly destructive to the game's newer population.

I purpose a new bounty system for 0.0.

The way it would work is based on a few conditions

- Killing the ship rewards the isk. (as opposed to pods)

Tier System
If the player is 10:1 (KD) 2% Of the Total ship value
If the player is 20:1 (KD) 5% of the Total Ship Value
If the Player is Above 30:1 (KD) 8% of the total ship value

All values are divided among group members.

First how and why does players making ISK in high sec have anything to do with a new bounty system for nul?

For the rest I have no idea what you are proposing, a more complete explanation of your idea would be nice.

It's a tier based system.


The more Effective you are as a pilot, the more the killers who kill you get.

so if your effective Kill/death rate is 10 kill per a death, your killers get 2% of your total ship value.
and so forth

Anything under 10:1 would reward something like 1%.

This is not world of tanks we do not care about KD and it is very easy to manipulate .

First, bounties are 20% of the value of what is destroyed at the moment. Why would you propose something that make killing things more interesting in HS than in NS, while complaining about how HS guys make way too much money?

Second, as said, KD ratio are easy to manipulate. Something that can be manipulated by players should never, ever, be used as a metric for calculating payouts.

Third, most of the value is in the pod. Why would podding not award anything in NS, making podding more valuable in empire space, again?
