problem with ihubs

so tldr

1. bought ihub in station at 08-N7Q and terriroty claim unit at same station
2. jumped to Y-C4Al anchored the tcu and entosis linked it - tcu got online
3. anchroed ihub at same system , entosis linked it to online then
4. ihub belongs to different corporation so cannot upgrade system
5. tried another system same scheme unclaimed , i drop and entosis tcu then ihub but cannot ihub upgrades as have no access to upgrading cargo hold
