Are cap BPC sets worth doing?

Looking to get some passive income, was thinking of making copies on researched caps + components. Not sure if these things actually sell though. Any insight?

The future of capitals is still somewhat uncertain.

It could be a very good idea or a very bad idea, depending on what CCP decides to fix and/or break in the coming months.

You will have to invest in a lot of well researched BPOs. Their current and future value is in question. New research structures will be introduced and these are most likely going to reduce the cost (and value) of researched BPOs. Capitals are in a pretty bad state at the moment, having gone from apex weapons to semi-useless POS ornaments quite recently. But CCP has made noises about re-allowing capitals in to high-sec and reducing the ownership burdens of supers, so maybe they are about to become even more popular.

The part where you copy BPOs and sell the BPCs is the easy bit.
