Hi,

I used to play EVE some years ago, but I cannot remember the account name or any characters on it.

I use the same email address now as I did before.

Hope someone can help :)

Cheers,

Cyr

File a ticket giving them as much info as possible. Typically if you have the email address it was created with as well as the address of a credit card on file, or something like that they will send the character names to that email address.

Same thing happened to me, I gave them my email address/last 4 of the credit card I originally used on the account and they sent me the info.

I knew the account name though...It will go faster if you look through your email archives and find the account name though.

Not sure how much ISK you had on the character and how many skillpoints, but it's often better to start a new account rather than revive an old one. CCP offers various promotions (power of 2, buddy invite, etc.) that can give you a PLEX, or extended trial time, or implants etc. as a promotion for opening a new account, and they don't have much for old accounts.

So if your character didn't have too many skillpoints and/or ISK, consider starting a new account with buddy invite or whatever promotion they may be offering (check the accounts page and the "try eve" page).

there is a button in account management that says "Other accounts sharing: email address" click on that and you should be given a list of accounts. Hopefully you can recover the account once you know the name. If not then put in a ticket.

some tricks that can help:

Like other's have said search through email history for an old email

Check for old copies or old back up of evemon

check for old copies of EFT

There are other various apps that may have character info from your API

if you still have the original Eve install check way back in the chat log to find your character's name in a chat that you would have been in and spoken in.

If you have an active account now that had any relations with the old account check back in your contract history.

Try and think of other apps or sites that may have clues like TS or other voice coms where you might have the characters names set up as users.

Try and think of forums or websites like and old corp or alliance forum or website that might have username which is same as character name.

Like other have said the more information that you can come up with the better your chances and the faster it will go.

They usually run a 90 day subscription deal on reactivating accounts. I think it was the same rate per month as if you were setting up a one year subscription.

I'm in it for the money

I looked at an inactive account for some reason earlier and they had a $9.99 for 1 month special, along with discounts on 1 or 2 PLEX.
