Surround yourself with the faithful, stand together, for there is no strength like it under the heavens.Book of Missions, 71:21.

In this year the Kingdom's allies and Greater Amarr are faced with many tribulations and challenges. The legitimacy of the Empire's institutions is openly questioned by many, drifters have appeared in all pockets of known and unknown space and the Tribal Liberation Force is occupying systems of Amarr and oppressing its people. Where terrorists and pirates openly endanger the lives of the His Majesty's subjects, the heretics and blasphemers prey on their souls.

The Khanid Kingdom has looked at many situations with a grim expression, but never resigned to the blows of fate. The opposite. With unprecedented exertions, His Majesty and his subjects fought against them. Quietly and without much ado, great things have been accomplished. Yet, Khanid Capsuleers are scattered throughout the alliances, corporations and various constellations and regions. While their hearts seek to fulfil His Majesty's wishes, their voices are many, not one.

But we are a people united in spirit and destiny, determined to defend our honour and our Kingdom to the last breath. Wherever a Khanid meets another, mutual understanding is assured. The multiple voices of His Majesty's subjects are a cheerful choir of loyalty, faith, and unity. It is our determination to form an edifice where all the Khanid voices will be echoed and reverberate to the entire cluster. It is with our unshakeable belief in the Lord that the Royal Khanid Capsuleer Council is formed. The Royal Khanid Capsuleer Council shall be the “concert hall” for Khanid's sweet and ever faithful melody. It shall be an edifice of mutual engagement, a permanent meeting place of the many who are scattered, but one. The Royal Khanid Capsuleer Council shall convene regular meetings to assure that our voices are heard by each other, and listened to by New Eden.

With pleasure the provisional charter of the Royal Khanid Capsuleer Council is made public. All the Kingdom's capsuleers are invited to take part in the council's inaugural meeting, the ninth of August, 117, 19:00 NET, in Khanid Prime (exact location tba).

"I will not hesitate when the test of Faith finds me, for only the strongest conviction will open the gates of paradise. My Faith in you is absolute; my sword is Yours, My God, and Your will guides me now and for all eternity." - The Scriptures, Prophet Kuria, Paladin's Creed

I, Lord Sinjin Mokk of Kihtaled II, House Mokk and the members of Royal Khanid Colonial Exploration fully support this initiative. We pledge to make every effort to help its growth for the Honor of the King and the People of Khanid.

Having spent my time in the lands of the Kingdom as a cultural attache for Kaalakiota I have always found admirable that the wisdom and devotion to faith and duty of the King is also reflected in his subjects of the Marches. It is good to see that the long tradition of progressive and well-informed policy that has made the Khanid Kingdom such a valued and esteemed partner of Caldari corporations continues among those who pledge their fealty to King and God.

Thank you for your words.

Khaldari are an important part of the Kingdom, and we cherish the relationships we've made with the corporations of the Caldari State. I think we would be remiss if this initiative did not have a place for our loyal Khaldari Khanid.

Is this specific to those who have citizenship, residence, and loyalties primarily to the Kingdom, or does this extend to those within Empire of Khanid blood/origin?

I would not disagree with such sentiments for loyalty to King Khanid has united many of different backgrounds in Kingdom and Faith. However, I have not personally sworn an oath of submission to His Royal Majesty, King Khanid II before an ordained Witness, so I feel I might be out of place among those who have such as in a Royal Khanid Capsuleer Council.

I find it encouraging that councils such as this are being inaugurated within the Empire to provide wisdom and discussion to rulers.

I have always had hope that His Majesty King Khanid has both the clarity of vision and independence of mind to be a lynchpin for diplomatic initiatives with the wider cluster. He is both a proven and strong military leader, and a man respected for his protection of his own people. These are attributes that allow for innovative ideas to be considered.

Let us hope that this council is wise and allows original thought to be presented to the king, rather than becoming just another ultra-religious echo-chamber.

I wish I could be there but I am on full duties in Fortress Kamela just came back from K.P. a couple weeks ago. God bless and please continue to make our voice known it's very difficult to be Khanid in Amarr because of the difficulties of the separation, someday we can redeem ourselves in the eyes of those who don't see us as we are.

The council sees itself as an assembly of the Khanid Kingdom’s capsuleers—be they Amarr, Khanid, Ni-Kunni, or of other origin. Given the deep and ancient bonds between the House of Khanid and the Khanid people, it is only natural, however, to assume that many Khanid who remain in the Empire might be interested in the council’s work. Nevertheless, according to the charter of the council only the Kingdom’s subjects may become councillors.

While the bye-laws allow for non-subjects to become observers, this possibility was—in the light of the Treaty of Perpetual Friendship between Kingdom and Empire etc., and the prosperous alliance with the State—designed with Caldari and loyalist organisations, such as the CVA, and individuals, such as the honourable Hevaima Gesakaarin, in mind. If need and wish be, the council may find ways and procedures to ensure that also the voices of our Khanid brethren in the Empire will be given appropriate space and consideration.

Thank you kindly for your cordial words about His Majesty. Please allow some additional clarification to be provided: The council does not see its role, nor its competence, in giving advice to His Majesty. His Majesty’s orders, both spoken und unspoken, are the guiding principles upon which the framework of the council is established. The council is first and foremost a body of exchange, coordination, collaboration, decision-making and arbitration among Khanid capsuleers.

The Khanid make some excellent technology and have produced some outstanding capsuleers. It would be very pleasing to see this council grow in strength and influence.

With deepest respects Odelya d'Hanguest...

I have spent a good percentage of my youth, reading the un-altered ancient Amarrian scriptures still held today with in the Khanid’s temples, and in particular, your order. These non-corrupted manuscripts may yet one day see the light of day they deserve.

As a mixed blood Tash-Murkon and Kador, I welcome any effort that keeps our entire Amarr Empire strong, and that it shall always include the Khanid Family.

You create your own blessings… but I offer thine nonetheless.

Mindful of the questions about our Khanid brothers and sisters in the Empire, Art. VII, which defines the membership and the rights of the Pan-Khanid Assembly, has been added the statues of the council.

In order to make the inaugural session as swift as possible, Sir Sinjin, Lord of House Mokk, Khitaled II etc., has taken the responsibility to act as interim chamberlain to the council, while this humble servant, Odelya of House d’Hanguest, Begum of Palas and Lusrevik etc. pp., has accepted the responsibility to act as interim high chancellor. Elections according to Art. § 6 shall be held at the council’s inaugural session.

I would also like to announce the creation of a Khanid-specific channel of communication, the "Royal Khanid Capsuleer Council."

The Royal Khanid Capsuleer Council is located in the Capsuleer Enclave of Khanid Prime V. The main hall is accessible in person, by InterBus or by holofeed. There is a main podium for the officers of the Council and ample seating and workstations for guests and the media.

The Council Hall is for those who are loyal to the Khanid Kingdom. Khanid, Khaldari and Kingdom-loyal Amarr make up the main body of the councillors, and councillors from several Khanid-based corporations are usually present.

Security is handled by Cyberknights under the command of Royal Khanid Colonial Exploration. Troublemakers are discouraged and the Council has the right to ban, block and eject whom they see fit.

Slaves are available for the use of the councillors and guests and will happily provide refeshments.

Excellent news!

Are we to then take it that you'll be abandoning the Lands of Goon and returning to the proper Empire and the duties that are expected of you?

I certainly hope so. The Empire can use your talents and leadership.

If not...Well, I don't think you'll find much support from those of us who serve Khanid. Our King has decided that our path is with the Empress and we are stern in our loyalty.

We welcome any effort that keeps our entire Amarr Empire strong, but deeds, not words are what holds truth.

I feel I'd be remiss if I didn't ask: is the RKCC going to be accepting diplomatic observers from other sovereign entities around New Eden? I'm thinking primarily of the State and Federation, of course, but as the third largest sovereign entity after those, the Imperium may wish to volunteer one as well.

I, of course, am not a diplomat, but I can let the CD know.

I would rather see your King upon the Amarr throne than Jamyl's taint... and one Khanid in particular is participating in the SoCT Inquisition... but... I digress and this not be the proper time nor place for this discord. Again, blessings to the Khanid people for their right.

An excellent question.

We will work out the details, but I think having observers (if not some kind of delegation) from the State and/or it's Corporations would be very appropriate.

While we do have a very small Gallente population, and a somewhat larger Matari/Brutor population, representatives from the Federation and Republic would probably not be appropriate given our current state of...diplomatic difficulty. However, I'll see if we can put together some small representation for those of other races who are loyal to the Kingdom.

Delegations, observers and visitors from non-aligned worlds and corporations will be given access on a case-by-case basis. Known criminals and representatives from established criminal and heretical organizations (i.e. the enemies of Khanid) have no place here.

I hope this served to answer your question. Please feel free to stay in contact.

Ms Arrendis

We can only echo what the acting chamberlain said and add: According to Art. VIII of our statutes it is possible for “friendly entities” to apply to the lord high councillor for observer status, upon which the council, i. e. the full body, consisting of each councillor, reviews the application. In cases where negative standings are defined by the Kingdom—which is the case with the Federation and the “Republic”—the application is rejected. In all other cases the burden of proof lies with the applicant and acceptance or rejection are at the discretion of the council.
