Character sheet button now not working

Is anyone else experiencing a fault since the latest small patch with the character sheet button?

I've clicked on it, nothing happens, and then the icon changes to a crosshair with no tool tip when I hover above the button, all other buttons appear fine with standard cursor and too tip.

Petition has gone in, but opening this thread to see the scope of the issue

[Edit] Updated info, seems I can only talk once in any channel. One line is all that will enter, pressing enter fails
