So i have 2 monitors, on the first one i get a nice 50-60 fps, on the second it drops to under 20, dtried updating my drivers, no luck.

Also, i have a feeling that the monitor is capped at 30 fps, which doesn't make since because it wasn't like that before.

Anyone else have this problem?

So I've been dumb for the past half year or so.

Is there anyway to have an eve client start up on a different monitor with diferrent settings?

By having two client installs with separate settings.

I've not found a better way to do it yet, atleast.

It also has to do with interval settings and what graphics output you choose (one per display).

This is how you run multiple clients with separate settings and not have to have 2 installations/patch 2 installations:

I've been doing this method for years, works well.

Doesn't matter, if the client is set to use one monitor then you move it to a different monitor you take a huge performance hit, which is probably the issue the OP is experiencing. Even with crappy out of date hardware he shouldn't take much of a hit in performance if at all running 2 clients.

Starting the client with the correct monitor selected in the settings should fix his problem.
