Moon Minerals; Where are they hiding?

On the Singularity EVElopedia page, it reads:

All moon minerals are available in all moons, to help testing and prevent moon scouting on the test server.


However, when I try to choose a mineral for the Moon Harvesting Array, I only ever get the following choices:

Atmospheric Gases
Evaporite Deposits
Hydrocarbons
None
Silicates

Has something changed or do I need to set up differently? As always, the silos allow me to choose any material.

moon mining on sisi is jammed. last mirror it was completly disabled. looks like ccp dont want moon scouting so they dont let people test moon mining

Ah, that's too bad. Seems having all minerals available on all moons (like they posted) would combat that problem.

Good catch. This changed last year, but we forgot to update Evelopedia.
The Evelopedia page has been updated now.

but seriously why we cant get even cadmium or hafnium in moons. tried different moons but notthing
