Test Server Feedback

Ok right now I am sitting on the SISI server with l5 rocket skills as well as having Rocket Specialization to 2.

1) So I go to market look up rocket launchers go down to t2 rocket launchers.

2) Icon shows that I can use said t2 rocket launchers.

3) Purchase said launchers and ammo for them.

4) Fit launchers to ship but launchers will not turn on.

5) Attempt to put online manually. Get message that I do not have the skills to use the launchers.

6) Use the /copyskills this gives message 2 skills copied but log shows only one in reality which was
rocket specialization 2.

7) Go back to fitting page attempt to online rocket launchers again. Same message that I need Rocket Specialization 1 even though in the skills show that I have RS L2.

What ever you folks have done in the last 3 patches has seriously broken SISI. This is a serious matter when you consider its currently the training grounds for all the AT pilots. Tranquility has really become unstable for me with Socket discos every 15 minutes to an hour over the last 2 patches while SISI until the last two patches was stable as a rock. So what I see is a broken TQ coming for AT.
