mission snatching the shaman neon sign not there / missing

I'm doing the missions snatching the shaman and i'm at logut's abode and the "blasted neon sign" that is supposed to be here is not here. i've been waiting for it to show up for a while now and i don't want the mission to expire and take a standing hit. i have everything enabled on my overview including all celestials, large collidable objects and entities, and the neon sign still does not show up. the blasted neon sign i'm supposed to blow up for they gate key is simply not there.

i submitted a support ticket and they reset the mission but the sign is still not there and i've gotten no reply since.

please help.
