Anyway more appropriate is to say .. CSM got some credits for CCP refocusing back on core gameplay.

Hopefully you gank enough High sec miners that super hard target, that alot of them unsub and CCP panics and finally buffs hulks from being ganked by a Dessi.

What was the CSM doing prior to Incarna? Twiddling their thumbs?

So basically CCP realised the situation they were in, put on a dog and pony show, then gave the CSM a biscuit and some publicity.
