Low Tax: 3%

Pakkonen III - Temperate (4 jumps from Jita)

Perfect factory planet with low tax especially designed for import/export heavy traffic. Pakkonen is a nice quiet lowsec deadend system popular with jump freighters due to its proximity to Jita. High traffic import/export users can also negotiate even lower taxes for an additional flat fee.

Dodge those new highsec tarrifs, start dodging pirates, and come to Pakkonen III, only 4 jumps from Jita!

My initial tact for this post didn't get as much traction as I hoped. I've changed my approach.

1) If this is legit, kudos to you fine sir for taking the initiative to become one of Eve's first internet spacelords! My only question would be: Are utilities included in the tax? It kind of makes a big difference because most people will want the upgraded cable package so they can watch their G4 and/or Lifetime Movie networks.

2) If this is simply an alt of someone who happens to hate the person who put up the POCO and wants to draw unwanted attention to it, well, super duper kudos to you!

FYP Cool

I'd also like to know if utilities are included

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Pakkonen...the new Pasari.

I used to love watching the group that operated out of Pasari post super cheap stuff on the markets to lure the greedy into their trap. However, this does seem like a viable way to aquire some targets.

Good luck to you.

Sign me up. I'll be there at 0400 Eve time in my Orca, with 2bil worth of P3s ready for the factories.

Obviously, my planet is suited for someone that knows what they're doing in lowsec, probably flies a blockade runner, and can complete a CO transaction in less than five seconds. So much savings in tariffs I'm really surprised more people aren't taking advantage of this offer.

Some one in a NPC corp just do's not gender the ideal that you can stop a group of people from blowing your POC up. Even if we load up the blockaid runners after scouting for death traps.

Is it a rock point a lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship point a lazer at it and profit. I dont see any problems here.

Are the HS tariffs really getting out of hand?

Out of hand? Not really. It's just that with the new PI tariffs, there is an opportunity to use low sec POCOs to gain an advantage over those who prefer the safety of high sec.

Nice one. I hope you know what you're doing.

Edit: The second I built a CO, I knew there was a chance that it would be a target. I don't see why anyone would think otherwise. When you undock a ship you should think of it as if you have lost it already. The same goes for anything else in lowsec and null. I have already accepted that it might be lost. I like to think I'm a bit realistic about it. We will see how long it lasts. Maybe only a few weeks. I welcome the possibilities.
