You paid for access to whatever amount of uptime CCP manages to provide. They do not guarantee 100%, and if they did you would not be want to pay the cost of running such a complex service for a relatively small audience, at anything over 4 9s of reliability.

So they have you a gift they did not owe you and instead of feeling treated, you complain and ask for more. Be ashamed
