toon transfers are currently down by the looks of it its now a waiting game toon will be send asap

According the receipt email for the character transfer, the transfer was started yesterday - Dec. 8th, 2:50PM EST. It is now Dec. 9th, 8:44PM EST. Well over 24 hours and the character has not come through. There is room on the account for the toon an no other complications. Takes 2 days to get a response from CCP through petitions, maybe one of them will take a look at this thread and let me know what the hell is going on. Spending 10bil isk on something I never receive isn't exactly my idea of a good time.
