can i use the same SharedCache folder for TQ and Sisi ?

Yes. They'll share game files that are bit-for-bit identical and have separate copies for game files that differ.

All of the developers rely on this use case daily.

Yes.
All you need to do is to make a shortcut of eve.exe and add /server:Singularity at the end of the line.

If I'm using a shared cache folder for Tranquility, and Singularity, and I want to uninstall the test server, is it possible to remove the test server files from the shared folders? or would I have to delete them totally and redownload using tranq client only.

MacPro (mid 2012) dual 6-core Xeon 3.06ghz, 64GB ECC Ram, PCIe-SSD, 2x SSHD, BD, SD, Nvidia Titan Xp. Running macOS Sierra 10.12.4.

Yes, you can remove the files.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Go to your EVE install folder (by default: C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE) and locate the file "rescache.exe"

2. Create a shortcut to rescache.exe

3. Go to the shortcut's properties and add a space and the word "purge" to the "target" line (default example: C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\rescache.exe purge )

4. Apply the changes and you are ready to run the shortcut.
