CMD-TAB out of game causes graphical problems/crashes.

This problem only arose after the latest patch. If I tab out of the game to access something else, when I tab back in all will appear normal (for a while) until I undock or perform some sort of resource-loading action and then I'll get graphical glitches all over the screen (only in game) the frame will freeze in place (but the game will run in the background) or it'll plain crash.

I have already uploaded the report from the last exception.
