As the subject says, I have done 18 level 4 missions for the same agent since my last storyline. I thought that you get a storyline every 16 missions for the same faction. Does declining a mission reset the counter? I do decline missions against factions I want to keep up standings with.

My bad. I was fleeted up with another char of mine that is on level 3 missions so some of them are his missions. I'nm a dummy sometimes.
