Major game slowdowns with more than one client

Since the latest patch, I dont know if its just by chance but at random times my clients all go from 60fps down to 25-39fps and sometimes as low as 17fps

Its upsetting as Ive not changed any of my hardware or drivers since the latest update and now I cant play as intended.

Anyone else having slowdowns in clients and have a fix or setting change I could try ?
