Eve/Dust Issues - "There are no battles available at this district"

I follow my Dust merc around LowSec and perch above the planets for orbital strikes. More than a few times I will attempt to connect to the District and the game will give me a message stating "There are no battles available at this district". I noticed it happen once when I disconnected from the beacon momentarily. Upon trying to reconnect the message popped up and nothing could be done. There have been other instances of not being able to connect at all and the attempt being a waste of time. Is anyone aware of this issue or am I the first to notice? I regularly provide strikes for FW and have been streaming my work. Tonight's stream, if you visit my Twitch page, has been saved as a previous broadcast.

At 35:50 you can see where the error occurs. I'll be recording all of my efforts to show you that it happens quite often.

I was connected to a planet last night and got jumped by a couple ships. I managed to warp off and upon returning to the planet, all attempts to reconnect gave me nothing but that same message. Boots on the ground knew the battle was from from over. Check my previous twitch broadcast to see for yourselves.
