Invalid date in market logs

For some reason market logs (both character's and from the market) sometimes have invalid date in them. Usually the date format is like 2015-07-10 23:59:21.000, but sometimes it's just the date part, eg. 2015-07-10. Is there a possibility to make it consistent and settle on one date format?
