Okay first of all I launched before the servers shut down so I KNOW it was not anything *I^ did. Literally they shut down 2 minutes before I logged out and it was running fine. After patch, I get 3FPS on any settings. Settings do nothing! I typed out a bug report and it took 1 second for each letter to appear!

I reinstalled eve twice, reijnstalled my video drivers. NOTHING WORKS.

My other games work fine - Sims 4, Civilization Beyond Earth, The Secret World, Final Fantasy RR....all on ULTRA settings.

What the hell is going on here, NOBODY else seems to have this issue.

Also my husband's patch works fine. He is on Windows 7 devil's canyon with Nvidia 780. I am on Windows 8.1 with Haswell and Nvidia 980!

Please help point me in the right direction this sucks I have been trying to fix it literally all day!

I fixed it, in another thread the dev recommended running as administrator and granting full permission! That seems to have fixed it!!!! I hope!
