Wormhole Activation/Gridding

As in the past when you had warped to a wormhole signature it had activated it where the wormhole was gridded on both sides and the timer decays. Although there has been some recent skepticism on how they currently work.

Now when you warp and grid a wormhole does it activate on both sides or do you need to travel through to grid both sides?

Im not 100% sure but I think it goes something along the lines of when you scan down a wormhole and warp to it (assuming you are the first to warp to it) it will not spawn on the other side until someone jumps through the wormhole or a certain amount of time goes by (8 hours???) and the timer will only starts when the wormhole spawns.

Before the changes the wormhole would spawn on both sides when you initiated warp to the wormhole.

Certainly reading them is the best way to go and is why i referenced the hyperion patch notes/dev post :) but i was just making sure as we all know wormhole space has some interesting skepticism and CCP does have a history of not mentioning changes time to time, remember the jukebox?
