Well you see, first they have to fill out form M-173 and then file it with the intern at the market management division. Then that intern has to go get coffee for everyone, before spilling some on the form. After that he/she has to try copying the requested details onto another M-173 form, which undoubtedly results in a request for the PLEX market to be seeded at 1 million ISK each. Upon running this new form to the assistant manager of the market management division the intern is promptly reprimanded and the original requester is contacted. Unfortunately at this point the original requester is now stuck in meetings all day and thus the official request must wait until the end of the day. While this is all going on the customers are complaining and the community manager talks with the market manager to get the item on the market. This then results in the item being seeded at an extremely low quantity that sells out instantly, and not knowing this, the customers complain that the item is still not on the market. As the complaints have still not stopped the community manager begins arguing with the market manager, resulting in an escalation to HR. At this point all members of the community management team and market team are now gossiping on what happened and thus are unaware of the original issue. Eventually a brand new employee finds out what the original issue is and seeds the item which secretly thinking everyone else is stupid. Two weeks later the new employee is fired for creating sell orders without an approved M-173 form.

They should hire you, because you sound like you know how it's done and you could do it faster anyway! Right?
