His statement is irrelevant. Its like someone admitting to running a green light. There was no crime committed.

As for my own actions, the Inquisition is a military body. The court, while it does hold my allegiances, is a civilian authority. In terms of Nitshe alts, the justice of the Inquisition is absolute.

Before I enter any kind of guilty/not guilty plea I would like to enter additional evidence to the court that not only is BOB responsible but I have several mental health issues I would like taken into consideration.

So if you are in the store, and they have a sample snack tray, and you eat ALL of the samples, is that stealing? No, the understanding is that you take one, and you may be looked down upon, but one could hardly prosecute you for removing the entire amount.

Why?

Because when you place things for people to take, and set no predefined guideline other than "take what you need", you leave that meaning open to interpretation. Perhaps the accused deemed that he "needed" the entire hanger? Da Nab merely took from the tray. His own personal motivations notwithstanding, are irrelevant. Hence, no crime was committed. It is in this truth, not any form of trolling, that sets the accused free.

I'm glad you asked - bad analogy from yourself (of course) - a better analogy is this.....I open my garage door.....members of the public are able to access said garage, but if they take anything, they will be stealing. This is exactly what our perp, De'Nab did. The garage door was open, and although he had the access, he was not actually meant to steal.
In the case of the garage - yes you will be prosecuted for taking from the open garage.....it is stealing. In the same way, De'Nab STOLE from the corp (as he freely admitted! Jeez this is like arguing with a 3 year old!).

Of course, you know all this, but it does not fit the outcome you want, which is to harass and bully the OP....(and you wonder why people post on alts....tra la la la)

Alright we will use your example instead. The accused wasnt living in the neighborhood, he was living in the HOUSE. He took something from the garage after being told he was allowed to take what he needed. Again, no crime was committed. He had PERMISSION to take the items.

As you will see when you read the first page, I have done nothing but ASSIST the OP. Go on, read it. I gave him sound advice.

Fact 1/Fact2: The rules of the corp which were presented to the perp stated that you should only take items that you need. The perp cleared out the hanger, which I believe any rational person would believe is "more than he needed". Any more than the allowed amount ("what you need", which we can clearly see was violated) is clearly stealing.

Fact 3: Couldn't agree more - I post as an alt because I don't want the obvious harrassment and bullying that you and cronies dish out. I play Eve for fun - I read and post on the forums for fun. I don't need your bullying on top of the standard threats that I face everyday in my Eve life. That would go beyond fun for me!

The rules are clearly posted. If your client failed to read them that's his fault. Ignorance of the laws is no execuse.

Plus I filed the proper forms in triplicate with all agency's including the rare form 143 b sections 6 on blue as required by paragraph b of section 936 d rules 6.

That is a matter of opinion, not a fact. You do not know the defendant's personal financial situation, so any thoughts on what he needed or did not are assumptions. The FACT is that no limits were set on what was available to take.

As you will notice, all but 500m of the fine was suspended. This is to teach the OP the lessons of securing corp assets. As far as WH "thefts" go, this one was superlatively small. I am helping him by ensuring he is prepared for future events. If you think we cannot enforce this, you are incorrect. Anything is possible in EVE with the correct amount of dedication towards a cause. Its kinda the point of the game.

Anyone is free to participate in thunderdome. However I am fairly sure you are unable to fly any of the ships listed (aside from the frigs, in a few hours). I also give zero fooks about being saluted by someone who is too scared by a game to post up on his main.

The OP did not assign corp roles the previous ceo did. The op has recently became ceo and is still the the process of properly setting up the corp.

In address to the esteemed Leto Thule, I do not understand the jurisdictional grievance concerning J-Space. There are established precedents of the C&P court reaching into J-space.

I will need to see additional evidence to understand the grounds of this argument (or a poster of Mortlake in a bikini, which would do nicely as well).

Now, I think there is some evidence which has not been thoroughly examined.

1) Beeves is a word. We all thought it wasn't, but it is. Tengu and I looked it up. Beeves us what we have here, between the defendant and plaintiff.
2) Just as in the great scrotumite heist of 2015, there is a likelihood that nothing is what it seems it's not. We must define all beeves and handle beeves in the order in which they are or are not received, at the discretion of the court.
3) Holeysheet has cool face piercings, but me and him aren't tight.
4)We must confirm that no dreadnoughts were falsified in this J-space event in order to be certain this isn't a related crime to the great scrotumite heist of 2015.
5)Justice can only be served when we get a collective war dec against a guilty party.
6) Whoever is making that slapping noise, please stop.

No, sorry, my points against you hold airtight. Thanks for not making yourself look any worse however. I do think its likely taking its toll on you as I see you have not directly replied to my facts.

As far as the Judge goes, he didn't overturn anything. He issued his rightful order, and I issued mine as well. If anyone is going to get the OP in trouble, its your posts. So for his sake, don't make us hurt him.

Mo, your post made my eyes go numb. I didn't know that was a thing until just now.

Anyhow, my jurisdiction regarding Jspace stems from the fact that Nitshe is a member of whalegirth, a terrible and bad reverse awoxing wormhole corp. And since I was the victim of Nitshe's very first bucket of tears on this forum, I have lead the great search for his many alts as he terrorizes the citizenry.

You however are absent from this round of thunderdome. I demand answers.
