Show Info Window appears to be broken

Whenever I use the "Show Info" (either by right-clicking or using the icon) on all items ships and characters, the window that loads only shows the top bar and the picture on the left hand side. The left, right and bottom "panes" of the window do not appear at all and the top bar/picture appear to just hover in space.
