Hey, I'm looking for a 1b loan to expand my T2 ship invention and manufacturing business. I have been doing this on and off for a while and can always turn a profit. I have a little handy custom built spreadsheet to help me spot the most profit at a glance for most worthwhile ships.

The problem I have is that since I only have 500m invested, while I can make around 20% profit in a few days, when the end of the month comes around and it's plex time, my profits get obliterated and I have to start back at 500m. What I'm looking for is an investment boost so the 150m I'm going to make off the 500m would be 450 off 1.5b in the same timeframe. I have manufacturing slots sat empty because I can't afford to buy enough materials to fill them.

I have the skills and the slots and do this with 2 characters able to invent and manufacture stuff.

Now I don't really know how all the investment / returns / interest policy works so I'll keep it simple and I'm sure someone will put me on the right path. If I take 1b at a 12.5% interest over 3 months, that means I will be paying out 375m each month for a total of 1,125,000,000 ISK (1.125b) Is that correct?

I did have a lot more wrote out with more details but the post disappeared on me and I'm running out of time. Also, my current batch is 5 ships at an investment of 500m which should bring me back 650m in the space of 5 days. It should be 4 and could be 3 but I've been busy / lazy / drunk and a combination of all 3. I'm willing to answer any and all questions. Cheers.

ANother thing which I'm sure will be asked, pointed out or something, I don't have any collateral since I invest every last little drop of ISK into the business.

First of all let me hand you the innovative offering award, posting screenshots of spreadsheets to show competence and build trust is a new concept i really like and it could find its way into MD longterm. It was kind of dragged down by writing that you are lazy and drunk, but still a good start.

So here are a few questions for you:
- How can you have the skills to produce different T2 ships, be a 2008 char and still be in need of 1 billion isk? What happened to your wealth?
- Do you own many different T1 ship BPO or do you just buy copys for the invention?
- Why you dont invent something that requieres lower investment and has a higher roi, like T2 modules, until you have more ISK to go for the ship production.
- If you own T1 ship BPO, would u be willing to hand those in for collateral, that are currently not profitable, not needed?

This a bad thing to write. When posting an offering in MD you want to appear like someone with no real life, so investors are confident that you can work 14 hours a day in EVE to earn the interest and care for their investment.

I need isk for PLEX, or PLEX is taking away my profits never works good in MD. The people who get ISK are the ones who act like they shove around 500 billion isk per hour. So just write something like "expanding my business".

You pose some good questions and points.

The wealth issue is thd old "I'm leaving EVE and never ever EVER coming back". I gave pretty much everything away. When I did return I bought a bulk pack of plex and sold them to get me back on my feet a few months ago. I had to leave temporarily for a few weeks and now I'm back yet again. This time for good.

I generally just buy BPCs from contracts, maybe 20 at a time for my invention purposes. I do own a couple of BPO's but none of them are ships.

I do sometimes invent the occasional T2 module but there are a number of reasons why I won't expand atm into this area. One, copying the BPO is pretty much a no go without a POS and lots of lovely slots. Since I don't have a POS atm (it is something I've had before and am looking to acquire one again) it's a struggle to find empty slots. Two, the price of T2 modules fluctuates quite a lot. For example, the last time I did a T2 module was Large Shield Transporter II. Cost each was around 300k, sell orders were 1.7m, buy orders were up to 1.4m. Now they are down to around 800k in the space of a month or so. You do make a good point though and I will take another look at the T2 module market. As you can see from the spreadsheet, I did have a little vested interest in there (although the prices for modules etc haven't been updated for a while).

Reiterating I don't own T1 ship BPO's so am struggling for collateral.


I also appreciate your points about how my message and persona gets translated over the internet. I was going for honesty more than anything. I feel that transparency is a key element in gaining trust, whether in EVE or RL.

So, let me get this straight.

  • Bought a bulk pack of plex a few months ago.
  • Down to 500M for more than 1 month already.
  • Complains that atm monthly profits go on plex for account.
  • Wants moar isks so can do more than just plex accounts.

    • Sorry bud, but even if you are telling the truth there is pretty much sod all chance of this working out well for the lolinvestors.

    I will take whatever is remaining, following you secure your corp with me until the loan is repayed.

    My alt will be placed in your corp and you will make her majority shareholder.

    Your dealings with the loan will be under your complete control through the corp, as in the BPO's will be under corp ownership.

    Vallx good try. Lol so a 0 day old toon makes up the rest of the 900m isk. The same amount that needs to fill this bond on the same day I offer 100m. If this is not a scam, I don't know what is. you should have waited a few days, then I might have believed it.

    Valix requested that I confirm on my main and this I cannot do. I can still offer to cover the loan which can be confirmed in game, if you do need verification it can easily be arranged however before I involve myself further, in a mail if you'd like Valix please give me a bit more detail about the ins and outs of your operation and we can continue that conversation there as I'd assume you wouldn't want to make those matters public.
