Issues with station enviroment loading

It always seems to work fine if I log into the game while in a station, but I'm having constant issues otherwise.

The most common issue is that the station environment just does not load at all when I dock in a station. Once that happens, none of them work. Only way to fix it is to restart the client. Another issue Ive had is the environment updating when I change ships. Sometimes all the windows will read correct, but it still shows the ship I was in before. I haven't bothered loading CQ to see what happens.

Im running Windows 7 with a GTX760 (updated drivers)
