All of my locally stored settings keep getting deleted.

So earlier this week I logged in to find that all of my locally stored data had been reset. My overview settings, my keyboard shortcuts, i even got the new player aura message. And now, after painstakingly trying to recreate my old setup, I just logged in to find it all reset again. Anyone know how I can fix this?
