Does CCP reimburse isk loss for system freezes?

So last night I jumped into a system and when I did the system was frozen. I couldn't move manually or otherwise. After about 5 minutes the system finally loaded but I had been podded. Does CCP reimburse isk loss for that kind of thing? I have submitted a ticket and I am waiting to hear back from them.
