Thanks, I will await confirmation.

As a heads up ahead of time, I would be happy to both extend and increase investment if the level of collateral is increased at the point of extension you mentioned.

I'm currently waiting to hear from you that the contract is up. We don't need to do anything complex - just contract it over and mail me when it's done so I know to log in.

When I receive the contract I will double check with the investors that they are happy with both its value and location and they can then transfer the isk to you.

In the event of a default I will get the best price I can within 7 days for the collateral without moving it (I may move it a little if its easy but base your decisions on the assumption that the Rorq at least will be sold in the system it is in). If the lenders all agree to allow more time for the sale I'll give it as long as they like but the decision must be unanimous. Note - I am holding and liquidating the collateral here and disbursing the funds raise in the event of a default. I am not guaranteeing the loan amount.

In the event that an interest payment or payment of the principal is late I will mail the borrower 5 days after the due date with a reminder. If payment is not made within the three subsequent days I will consider the bond to be in default and will move to liquidation.

If anyone has any questions or issues with the approach laid out above please let me know.

Nomad received in Jita and Rorq in reasonably accessible Gallente lowsec. If the investors (explicitly accepted in this thread only) are happy with the collateral and location feel free to send your isk to the OP.

The investors have generously agreed to give the OP a little extra time to pay the interest but if nothing is forthcoming we'll move to liquidation of the collateral on Monday.

Just keep it simple, run one fully collateralized bond and a seperate uncollateralized bond if needed, the latter will also likely require a higher interest rate than the former. The way it looks now is that you're offering a partially collateralized loan with incentives for investors to keep their ISK longer so you can use it as a stepping stone to getting uncollateralized ISK.

Elizabeth is correct I'm using this system to build up reputation on the market forums. I feel like it is controlled by a few major powers on here and a new guy has to get his foot in the door any way he can

Assets have been liquidated by raw23 and the isk divided.

While it is unfortunate this was defaulted, I would like to mention that Raw23 was awesome, quick to answer mails, quick to liquidate the assets and took some real time trying to get this back on track, so while it was a default, it still had some positive take home.

Thanks guys.
