Dear Miners/Industrialists

I need to understand the consensus on the prospect mining frigate?. I fly one of these myself and I find that I can mine enough ore for say a cruiser in a short space of time. It has enabled me to operate under the radar because it is good at escaping gate camps and can cloak up or move to another system to mine very easily.

The reason I ask about the Prospect is because i think it is a ship that has not really been exploited, I feel it has the potential to assist in building the foundation of Hub Zero. If this episode of Hub Zero is to be a success this is where we must start.

Please note that the Prospect will only be used while it is difficult to mine, we have the goal of making it safe for miners to mine in barges one day but while numbers are low the Prospect seems ideal. Please try to consider that in order to carve out our very own constellation we have to start off small and grow, this is standard for anything.

I would hope that there are some courageous miners out there who want to pump some adrenaline into their works, It is my belief that mining is the foundation of Eve online and you have my respect. You will be treated like VIP's and I will work tirelessly to ensure you get a good price for your ores/minerals.

Please try to understand that I am here for keeps and I will never abandon my station. I have the vision to ensure that there will one day be a constant stream of coin and a healthy demand for ships/modules for which you can base your industrial enterprise on.

I'd like to make you aware that I am working towards solving problems before they occur and I am looking at this venture from a grass roots level so that it can grow into something great and inspiring.

Yours Faithfully,

Aaron

I gotta ask, will this be different than CVA, or is the goal kind of the same as they tried to reach, at one point: 'High sec in Null'.

Hi Joia,

The goal is to build a safe haven in NPC null, similar to CVA goals. I'd like to enjoy the benefits of null without sov or a large alliance. You can Join us as a solo player or a corp if you are prepared to contribute. Everyone involved will blue you and you will blue everyone involved.

At the moment Stain is pretty much clear because of the cap changes, now is a good time to be involved.

Ill be honest, im running a bit low on time these days, so this time around, if you could translate your posts into Spanish and notate with the appropriate stage directions, it would really help out this Spanish soap opera.

Thanks!

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Aaron,

Is it possible to have a mutual agreement not to shoot each other.

To be honest I am not really interested in getting the market up again with several freighter loads like last time.
Or whatever you are up too.
But I am interested in blue status without any ties connected to it.

If there is going to be a blue status that is in a working state I can give you an list of pilots in my group that are still active in 'the old' area's.

I can promise you these pilots will not shoot any of your list provided.

And then we will see where this is going.

Heey Orion,

Thanks for all your hard work on the last venture it was appreciated, Unfortunately we don't want to blue folks who have nothing to contribute to the cause. I have thought about this issue long and hard and I can't see the benefit.

We are looking for people who can contribute something, contributions are classed as;

- attending pvp ops when you can
- finding wormholes for the community
- helping with resource gathering
- providing intelligence
- scouting a fellow hub zero dweller
- isk/ships
- services such as a freight service or maintaining the market
- advising new players on comms
- creating content by fleet commanding or organizing events

As you can see there are easy ways to contribute to this which I think are reasonable. After speaking with the others involved they feel we should stand firm on this and require one or more of the above for Hub Zero membership.

You stated that you weren't interested in anything I am doing, It may be unclear to you who I am. I am a visionary.

You're a good man Orion, I hope I haven't offended you.

Regards,

This is the last one, you were looking for.

Funnily that was already the "Last Crusade" making this iteration the "first post crusade"?

Aaron has the tendency to aim for the unachievable , not because of what he wants but how he wants to achieve it.So the last two times we ended up with a threadnaught filled with drama and a ragequit by aaron to end it.He also has the tendency to come back after a years break or so and aim for the same thing without trying to actually make it achievable.

But who knows , maybe this time it will succeed .If dracvlad doesn't join him in this ''adventure'' then at least something has changed.

And if it doesn't this thread is definatly going for the 2015 entertainment award at fanfest.

I'm getting settled in.

About six years ago now, actually.

I was still lurking then and this was one of those things that ultimately made me suscribe to Eve Online.
Awesome threadnought and totally worth the read, has everything that MAKES Eve Online so unique: An enterprising if somewhat naive idea, initial ridicule from the usual naysayers, some, even great, success, eventual betrayal, forum rage and accusations back and forth and eventual collapse all playing out on the forums over 71 pages.
Hell, even the Devs (no such thing as "ISD" back then in the good old times) seemed to enjoy this little episode, considering they allowed it to go on for over half a year....

Holy god that really was six years ago

Ow well, third time lucky, Aaron. I trust you've reflected on previous mistakes made.

Hey Flakeys,

I think it depends on perspective. My perspective is that I am able to use under the radar tactics in order to make it impossible for people to stop me ratting for example. I worked with 2 or 3 other guys in the past and we were pulling in a couple billion a week with little effort. Lets say we have 10 guys using the under the radar tactics and belt ratting for a couple hours per day, we would earn lots.

I feel lots of eve players are set in their ways and not prepared to try other tactics. When I talked about my under the radar tactics to other guys their response is normally "but you can make more per hour in a bigger ship" they completely miss my point.

Nothing I've said in any of my ventures in unachievable, the real question is if the eve community is prepared to follow my suggestions.

I have survived in Stain for many years, is it really that hard to believe that I can't teach people to do the same thing?

I had a good convo with an old friend who was in my corp a few years back and he felt the the experience I gave him help him become a success within this game. He said that because he learned exactly how to survive it has made him a better hunter.

I only ask the community to try what I'm suggesting, If you don't know how to earn under hostile conditions then you don't know everything about eve.

Oh boy ! This again? Talk about beating a dead horse , I hope someone summarizes this thread cuz It took forever to read through the last super thread where after the smoke dust finally settled from its destruction, your right hand man and you had some disagreements on just why your dream failed.

Ill give ya one thing , you sure are resilient and that is certainly admirable. No matter how many times you fail at the exact same thing, your not afraid to step up to the plate and swing your little heart out again and again. Your drive to achieve your Utopian null sec is honorable. You certainly are optimistic - Good luck and best wishes
