Where do I see my support tickets?

Need help ... after creating a support ticket in help center (as the ticket creation in-game was removed!!) I don't see a place where I can review my support ticket (it's not under My Tickets), but I received an e-mail confirmation ...

I'm my own NPC alt.

I'm not personally sure about the answer to this, but I suggest you ask in the Issues, Workarounds, and Localization forum, because the GMs may be more likely to see your question there.

The zendesk Pages also have menus at the top Right. The left one offers direct Navigation to the url above.

Thanks Darkblad, I found the link! OMG, this UX has potential of improvement. Ugh Would suggest to simply display all open messages on the front screen of help desk (with a link to the archive). Also the in-game version should be removed completely or better be replaced by the new help-desk thingy (in-game).

I already posted some feedback on this (from a de OS point of view) and got told that the GM team is aware of that list.
As soon as there'll be an official introduction of that change in effect (should be a Dev Blog) feedback will probably move to that blog's thread. But for the time being, maybe this thread will suffice.
It's within the issues forum, so that fits.
