I wish to extend my personal thanks to all Delegates, staff officers and staff involved.

I would also like to extend my thanks to Avio Yaken and the Yaken family for providing the facility's security, and His Lordship Vulxanis Draconis for the catering services provided.

His loss was indeed tragic. We can only hope that he lives on in spirit through others.

Congratulations to everyone who put in effort during the conference. Let us hope something comes of it.

Given CONCORD has transformed into a house of tyrants and despots, I fear many of these proposals are now worthless. Recent actions have seemingly pushed the capsuleer community closer to warfare then ever before, the late Dr Arkon would be appalled at their actions. I would not be surprised if my dear friend Odo Korachi isn't already penning brash and threatening mails to the leading council of this endeavour making ridiculous demands to satisfy his own burning need for untapped power.

Regardless I must commend all parties for their tireless effort toward a greater notion of peace in our time I can only hope Odo see's sense and returns to negotiation rather then ruthless stick waving.

Shitposts so bad CONCORD gave me a 50 billion ISK bounty

It is my hope that the Empires agree to assist us with the review of CONCORD as specified in the documents. It would go a long way to relieving some of their power and bringing them back in line.

I have reached out to the Empire representatives for a official stance on these matters, specifically to ask if they were involved in the recent decision to make you an outlaw. I hope they respond.

It is my confident belief that no matter what the actions this week or forthcoming, or indeed in our pasts - which we have struggled to come to terms with during the commissions themselves - wavering now because it does not seem 'likely' is killing something before it has a chance to affect anyone, not just the 'hearts of our leaders'.

In our daily lives of monitoring efficiency - killboard efficiency, ISK efficiency, logistics, markets, among an endless list of other things we are responsible for, it is difficult to see the gain in the face of the obstacles at hand. But what we really gain is a voice and a presence; that this body of work is possible and is not representative of only ten or twenty Capsuleers - Any marketing person can tell you that the voice of one speaks not only for himself.

Silence from CONCORD is as much a message as threats from CONCORD, especially in light of the indelicate handling of the Tukoss biomass incident, still developing as we submit these documents, and will be plain for all see - or not see, for better or for worse.

While they may hope that our wills are weak and lazy, that would be a gross underestimation of the tenacity already displayed by the delegates I have witnessed. It is my hope and will, as it was M. Sarain's, that this will be a continuing document, an evolving document, and one people will increasingly see as a valid and reasoned response to our complex political landscape.

I read the report and proposals with great interest.

Especially those related to the final disposition of Caldari Prime.

To me, how this issue, above all else is treated, will color the future or our respective civilizations.

I think Arkon would be please with your accomplishment.

Please don't conflate the conference with the Tukoss clusterfuck.

We're addressing the Empires - the organ grinder not the monkeys.

You act as this is an isolated incident, but CONCORD has been misusing their power and acting for their own goals rather than the peace and security of the cluster for some time.

Honorable Chair to the Pakhshi Peace Conference,
Respected Staff and Delegates,

Please let me express my sincere gratitude for taking up the torch and carry on the ideal and work of Dr. Arkon Sarain. I am convinced that, no matter what we see happen in the news those days, we need this initiative. It will help me focus on things relevant for the future and, hopefully, for a greater good.

Sincerely yours,

I find that rather rude to ascribe opinions to late Dr Sarain and drag him as an emotional lever into your political agenda, sir...

I particularly commend several delegates - Sahriah Bloodstone, Khaprice, Samira Kernher to name a few that I was most directly involved with - for coming together and being willing to negotiate on particularly stubborn or politically charged terms. Thank you very much for a successful document!

I would like to thank Haritimado-haani for serving as a delegate to the PPC, and for championing our shared values so ably.

Reading this final draft, I would like to formally endorse it as CEO of Itsukame-Zainou Hyperspatial Inquiries, Ltd. Returning CONCORD's legislative power to the empires would be a helpful step, given CONCORD's recently-displayed hegemonic tendencies. We will explore possible proposals that further this aim, and look forward to supporting these measures to the fullest of our ability.

In service,
Makoto Priano
