This sounds interesting and I'll probably give it a shot.
Because I've gotten semi-rich from station trading (by my standards), but I've hit a wall. This looks like a good way to make the jump to trading the more expensive items, but I'm a bit on the fence as it's not exactly pocket change. It's a bit risky, which is making me a bit reluctant.

I'll jump in for 5 shares at 1bil each. If it turns out to be a scam, eh, I'll just make it back. If not, 7.5% is higher than my current overall trading margin, so it's all good.

People invest because they believe they can make isk.

I don't understand the logic of this, if you are transferring everything to Loyalanon why does the money need to go through your hands at all?

Why is he "unable to post on the forums"?

Why is there no collateral at all? I understand not fully collateralizing a loan but not offering any collateral in a game that allows scams doesn't make any sense, since your reputation is already shot from previous events I don't see any incentive for you to pay this back.

7.5% is nowhere near high enough to justify the kind of risk you are asking investors to take

We do read the thread. Let me spell it out for you:
1) You stole/procured/apprehended/liberated (whatever word you want to use) isk from one of your previous corps. Hence we don't trust YOU.
2) Whatever corp/alliance/religious organization/charity/collective you represent has no MD loan history. Hence we don't trust IT.
3) No Collateral.

Conclusion? No loan.

ps. Keep it up. Highly entertaining thread of us telling you same thing over and over in different ways.

If I lost a 57m ISK pod worth of implants to CODE. a few weeks / days back, can I get my investment back with interest?

Are those yearly interest rates or monthly or what?

Are the monthly rate divided by 12 months (not to mention they are not to be divided by 12 inches)?

Are the interest rate paid out daily or monthly?

(Since I do not fly much these days / weeks / months , I look for reliable investment offers.)

90% yearly.

Which is 30% over 60% (7.5% x 12 months per year) even if it is lower than compound interest which are normally not negative...

Why is the coupon rate listed as a monthly rate, why do you not specify compounding periods? I assume you're saying they are compounded monthly. This should be called a loan not a bond, especially since there's no secondary market to trade these bonds thus the coupon = yield at all times. The effective interest rate is not clear.

How is someone supposed to invest if you have no idea what you are doing? Can I cash out my coupons monthly but keep the principle invested?
