TL;DR person tries to use paypal to collect donations to pay for toys for poor children, paypal decides to shut it down during the middle of the operations and told the person he had to refund all the donations and pockets the transaction fees. when the person asks why, paypal rep told them to fk off

I've heard of paypal's supposed policies on being an ******* whenever possible and I thought they were just isolated cases
