Why does it take so long to answer a ticket?

CCP has instructed an company with the Support.
This will have only one small team for Eve Online, so it lasts long.
So that it goes faster, CCP would probably have to pay more.

But I agree with you, the waiting times are partial almost already a cheek.

Without knowing what kind of ticket you're referring to, it's not easy to manage.

Anywhere from a couple of hours to several months, depending on the type of ticket, how much information you included, if you filed it in the right category to begin with, and how much research CCP has to do on their end before they respond.

Character Stuck and billing petitions tend to get the highest priority.
