You could have killed any of those in an Incursus. If you are arguing about balance you need to show kills of PvP ships. Show some killmails with tackle fitted. Not saying that they weren't good kills, just that the ship you used was practically irrelevant.

All I'm saying is that those fits were designed to kill rats, not PvP ships. They can all be killed in much cheaper ships and the kills didn't rely on the Succubus' trait strengths in any way - merely having a small sig and enough dps to break through the shield regeneration is enough. But whatever.
