I will be going to University soon but will only be living there a few days a week, I dont really want to be taking my PC there and back all the time so I was thinking about buying a cheap mini pc that I can hook up to a tv so I can log in and keep an eye on my skills and market stuff, maybe do a bit of mining when im not doing work.

Would any of the below be able to run EVE? Im not after it looking amazing just being able to run it and do a few things when I want.

Yes. Eve can run on some really old hardware. As long as you have shader 3.0 and such you're fine and the HD graphics has that.

Right this moment I'm running 10 clients on low on an e7200 with 8 gb of ddr3 and a hd5770 1gb card.

All hardware regardless of platform must support the following minimum requirements:

CPU that supports SSE2
GPU
with 256 MB VRAM or more
that supports Shader Model 3
that supports DirectX 9.0c
Drivers: DirectX 9.0c (included)
Audio
that is Direct Sound compatible and supports SSE
HD: 20 GB free space (or more)
Network: ADSL connection (or faster)
DVD-ROM: 2x-speed DVD reader (for boxed editions only)
The minimum screen resolution for the EVE Online Client is 1024x768. For optimum performance always use the latest available drivers for all hardware, including in particular audio and video hardware.

The expectation for the Minimum System Requirements is that all game features can be used on low-end hardware that still meets those requirements. All graphics settings are set to their lowest values. The resolution is set to 1024x768.

Just ensure that HD Graphics are higher than 3000 series, which i had problem with to run eve. Or maybe they did fix it's optimization already.
