I have now had 20-30 (or more) "you were ganked" messages in a few hours.

I keep seeing the read/unread status of threads fluctuate wildly for no apparent reason.

I keep seeing people registered as "last poster", and when I go read the thread the post isn't there. It takes a long time before the post apparently reaches or invalidates some sort of reverse caching or whatever the **** it is you've put in front of the forum.

It's ****. It's been **** for a long time, the solution of redirecting people to a completely different URL so we can't just refresh is ****, the caching is ****, and the forum experience is as a result more **** than it has to be.

Fix your ****.

I'd actually forgotten about the session timers, but that's mainly because I haven't written any walls of text lately. I have lost some posts to that, though, so yes, add that to the list of what is **** about this forum.
