WTB - Clarification on Private Character Transfers

I was browsing my accounts tonight and looked at a Character I hadn't really touched in 8 years of having my accounts. He's a very Unique Character and was looking at what he might be worth.

So before I decided on Selling or even talking with a Private Friend about selling this character to them, I wanted to get Clarification on a Few Questions.

These questions regard a Private Character Transfer where all details are discussed and then posted to this forum and agreed upon by both parties before the transfer of ISK or character. - I am not looking at a public Sale or Auction at this time.

1. If this is the only Character in a Corporation that the Character owns, do I have to drop this character from the Corp into an NPC corp, can it keep its corporation with a Private Character Transfer.

2. If the character were to be able to be transferred while keeping it's corporation, what information would I need to have provided to me or what Information would I need to have provided from me for this sale to happen?

3. Where would I initiate the Character Transfer and could I use a PLEX bought off the market to do so?

I may update with more questions. Thanks for taking the time to answer them.

This probably is the wrong forum, but I can answer your questions faster than ISD can come lock us, so best of luck!

Characters being in NPC corp prior to transfer is something imposed as part of the automated character transfer system. No exceptions apply that I'm aware of. Pass CEO to another character and go from there.

You do this from your Account Management page here on the eve website. You can pay with PLEX, but you need to reverse redeem them prior to use (r-click menu in game on the PLEX items).
