Can't really remember where I left off lol.

Am I able to do lvl3 or lvl4 missions? Would be for Sisters of Eve... which would you recommend for my skills? (Lets say i'm VERY inexperienced)

Any builds you would recommend?
Also, what skills should I begin to work on?

You can run level 4's... not saying you should, but you can.

CCP Quant: Of all those who logon in Eve, 1.5% do Incursions, 13.8% PVP and 19.2% run Missions while 22.4% mine.

40.7% Join a fleet. The idea that Eve is a PVP game is false, the social fabric is in Missions and Mining.

Welcome back to Eve.

Definitely a good idea to stick with level 3 missions and skill up a bit more before trying level 4 missions, especially since you've been away for a while.

As for skills, make sure to get the 'Fitting' skills up asap. Those help ease the fitting requirements of ships which allows you to do better ship fits.
