Access can to limited sleeper cache cloaked?

I scanned down a limited sleeper cache and the can/ structure that you nomrally hack to get acess to the site was cloacked. I cant seem to access the site... any ideas?

Check overview settings, maybe hacking cans are unchecked.
or it's a bug.

You may have scanned it down and warped to it just as someone failed the hack and blew up the can.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.
